Friday Favorites

Favorite Skincare Line Nude Skincare
Nude Skincare is an all natural, high performance skincare line that works to nourish your skin.  I've frequently talked about a few of their products on here because I'm loving really everything I've tried from this line.  On your next trip to Sephora I definitely recommend checking this out!

It's no secret that I love Gigi Hadid and my best friend sent this article to me the other day when she saw it.  It has really great tips for how to get Gigi's gorgeous glow straight from the man who helps to create hers.

I popped into South Moon Under the other day and absolutely loved this gorgeous sweater.  The neckline is so pretty and doubles as a necklace.  This beauty will be your favorite all winter long.

Favorite Accessories Delicate Jewelry
For a while now I have been all about delicate and minimalistic jewelry.  I think that tiny jewelry is so chic and the perfect compliment to any outfit.

Favorite Manicure Pale Pink Nails
This is the perfect neutral manicure.  My favorite part though is the shape of the nails, I'm all about short nails in a "squoval" shape.

What are your Friday Favorites this week?

Must Haves

1. Netflix
I'm pretty sure that this is a must have for everyone!  I've been trying a new medication while I'm on break from school that is making me feel pretty sick so I've spent most of my time home watching Netflix in bed cuddling with Coco (my dog!).  I feel like I've gone through so many shows that my options are becoming limited; right now I'm watching Nurse Jackie, but I'm almost done so I would love to hear any recommendations!

2. Selena Gomez Revival
I'm loving Selena Gomez's newest album!  The songs are great and I've been listening to it on repeat. My favorite songs are Good for You, Same Old Love, Hands to Myself, and my newest Me & My Girls.  If you haven't listened to her new music I definitely recommend checking it out!

3. Headwraps
Now that it finally feels like winter I'm all about headwraps to keep my ears warm.  I hate that feeling when you're walking outside (for me it's to and from class) when the wind is whipping at your ears to the point that they hurt and headwraps really help with it.  There are also so many cute ones out there, which makes them fun to wear too!  I recently picked up one with pearls on it that I absolutely love.

I only wash my hair every few days and this hair primer really helps to extend my style between washes.  You put this on damp hair from roots to tip and comb it through, then style as usual.  It's like a makeup primer for your hair and other styling products can be layered on top of it to create the perfect look.

I'm bringing this up again (you can also read about it here and here!) because I am obsessed with this featherweight facial oil.  It's completely changed my skin for the better - the results are incredible!  I highly recommend this for anyone looking for extra hydration or struggling with breakouts because it helps with both.

My sister got these for me for Christmas and I love them!  I've had my eye on them for a while and am so excited to finally have my own pair.  The thing I love most about them is that they can be dressed up or down, and I can't wait to dress them up soon.

So I talked about this last week too, but I've recently started using it and am hooked.  I've had a nasty cold and my nose has gotten so raw from constantly having to blow it, I've tried everything and so far this is the only thing that has helped it to heal.  I'm looking forward to finding other ways to use it too.

I've had my Clarisonic for about a year now and I love it just as much now as I did when I got it.  I think it does an amazing job of cleaning my skin and has helped to clear up blemishes and blackheads.

What are your must haves of the moment?

December 2015 on Instagram + Tutu Tuesday Linkup

I cannot believe that 2015 is over!  The holidays went by so fast and if January wasn't my birthday month I would definitely be suffering from after Christmas sadness.  December was a crazy month for me with finals and trying to do a million things before the end of the semester, but then I got to come home, which makes it all worth it.  Below I have a recap of my December through Instagram, if you're not following me (@theblushblonde) make sure to do that now!

Pink is my absolute favorite color and I believe that it is appropriate all year round and for every holiday.  It's no surprise that I have a pink tree that I put up in my apartment at school.  My tree always makes a big hit and I look forward to putting it up every year!

In the beginning of December my sorority had Formal at the Adventure Aquarium in Camden, NJ.  I had never been there before and it was an awesome place for an event.  I brought my friend Sam as my date and we had so much fun and were as sparkly as a Christmas tree!

I was loving all the Christmas trees I was seeing throughout December.  This one was in the lobby at my doctor's office and I couldn't resist taking a fun picture of it.

These were some gifts I picked up for Christmas and birthday presents.  I love buying presents because giving gifts is my absolute favorite.  I do always manage to land up finding something for myself though when I'm doing my holiday shopping and the white headwrap is for me, it was too cute to resist.

I took this snap while studying for my Communications Law final, which thankfully was my only exam.  I landed up having mostly papers last semester then tests, which I so prefer.  I absolutely love my planner and it makes schoolwork just a little easier to do.

When I got home from school I discovered this mini tree my Mom had put in my room.  My Mom loves decorating for Christmas and always does such a great job.  This year mini trees (like this one) were the newest addition and they were too cute!

My favorite part of being home is getting to be with Coco!  I get to see/talk to my parents and sister when I'm at school, but I don't get to do that with Coco so I miss her a lot.  I love being home and getting to love and snuggle her all I want.

My Mom got me this Elsa itty bittys ornament from Hallmark.  I had had my eye on this for a while so I was super excited when she brought it home.  She made a great addition to the tree and was a nice addition to my girly ornament collection.

One of my favorite things about Christmas is baking cookies.  Christmas time is really the only time of the year when I roll out cookies and I think that it makes it more fun.  I always make gingerbread cookies and butter cookies.  Pictured here are the butter cookies, and the recipe I use is actually from my Great Grandmother!

This year Santa was extra good to me and brought me the most gorgeous Tory Burch bag!  I kind of drove Santa insane picking out said bag, but I love the one I decided on.  You can see my new bag here!

So this was my December in pictures!  Come check me out on Instagram (
