Friday Favorites

Favorite Street Style Selena Gomez in NYC August 19th
I'm absolutely loving this crop top/pleated skirt combo that Selena is rocking.  She took a very summery combination and added an end of summer twist by wearing black and gray.  I'm hoping that this look is a preview of what she will be wearing this fall!

Favorite Breakfast Overnight Oats
I'm trying really hard to get back into eating healthy after a summer of frequent indulgences.  For the school year I want to make overnight oats the night before and then I'll have a quick and healthy breakfast to start my day off, which I'm really looking forward too.  I've been checking out a lot of different recipes and am loving this, this and this.

Favorite Instagram @laurenconrad
Lauren Conrad's Instagram page is filled with feminine pretty pictures that serve as great inspiration.  Her Instagram is literally every girly-girl's dream and I always look forward to seeing her latest posts.

Favorite Room Pretty Pastels
I found this room on Pinterest and am loving the pretty pastels used to decorate.  The shades of pink are gorgeous and the painting adds a beautiful pop of extra color into the room.

Favorite Creativity Confetti Covered Champagne
I am completely obsessed with the idea to cover a champagne in pretty confetti.  It's such a fun idea and I definitely want to make a bottle of my own!

  1. Selena looks fabulous! I have always loved her style!

  2. Overnight oats are the best :)

  3. The confetti champage is soo adorable, I have to make that! How are overnight oats? I've never made them but I've always wanted to!

  4. LC's Instagram is a must-follow...and that picture is simply gorgeous!

  5. I've always resented my kitchen's old wiring, making slow cooker overnight oats an impossibility (and an unwatched fire hazard). But, oats in the fridge sounds good! Thanks for the 3 links, appreciate it!

  6. Lovely picks! I like Selena's outfit, too!

  7. Love your blog! Excited to find it! I do love selena's outfit, but I just can't attempt a crop top yet. I've been wanting to try overnight oats for a while so I may just have to after reading your recipes.

  8. I will be first in line to order that bottle of champagne when you do!
