#NYFW

#NYFW, which is reserved exclusively for New York Fashion Week, is a hashtag I've been dying to use, & the time has finally come!  Like I said Friday, it's the most wonderful time of the year!  Today is officially DAY 5 of New York Fashion Week, & I thought it would be fun to share all my thoughts on my favorite shows from the first 4 days.

DAY 1
The big show of the first day was the BCBGMAXAZRIA show, which featured tailored whites & crop tops.  Of the show Styleite says, "For his Spring 2014 collection, the designer punctuated a school of neutrals with powder blue chambray, delicate prints and a shot of testosterone. The play on masculine and feminine is an old game, but Azria made it interesting with textural embroidered fabrics and confidently structured separates.

This show had  a big celebrity attendance, some of the starlets from the front row included Olivia Palermo, Heidi Klum, Giuliana Rancic, & Jamie Chung.  All of the lovelies looked fabulous in outfits by the designer.

DAY 2
Friday featured the much anticipated Rebecca Minkoff show.  I have always loved Minkoff's designs & this show did not disappoint.  The collection was heavy in patterns, neutrals & even included some pops of yellow.

Minkoff got a strong turnout of celebs for the show that included Louise Roe, Olivia Palermo, Jamie Chug, Jessica Lowndes, & Zosia Mamet, each sporting unique Rebecca Minkoff creations.

DAY 3
Monique Lhuillier showed her collection on Saturday.  Lhuiller is know for her incredible gowns, & she did not disappoint.  POP Sugar explains that in addition to gowns she showed, "sophisticated below-the-knee pencil skirts, and an unmatched love for Chantilly lace, she provided pops of interest with embellished collars and a rich palette."

The show had a stylish front row with Maggie Grace, Jena Malone, Ashley Madekwe, Emmy Rossum, & Stacy Keibler all in attendence.

DAY 4
Yesterday was the Victoria Beckham fashion show.  Her collection consisted of mainly blacks, whites, & grays, but did include a shock in the form of bright pinks & dark reds in some of the looks.

Victoria Beckham's front row was in my opinion the cutest front row in all of #NYFW...

I mean her gorgeous husband & adorable little girl, what more could you ask for?  (Ann Wintour just makes this photo fashion perfection!)

These have been my favorite shows & front rows of New York Fashion Week so far.  What are some of your favorites?
