Beauty Review: Oil-Free Cleansing Wipes in Pink Grapefruit

So a few weeks back I picked up Neutrogena's Oil-Free Cleansing Wipes in Pink Grapefruit because I had some surgery (I'm OK!) & cannot bend over at all for a few weeks, which makes washing my face a giant pain in the ass, but not with these handy little wipes.

They are great!  This is Neutrogena's description of them:
Oil-Free Cleansing Wipes feature soft, pre moistened wipes that thoroughly cleanse skin of pore clogging impurities, all with an uplifting blast of pink grapefruit. Oil-free and ideal for acne-prone skin, the wipes sweep away pore-clogging dirt and oil in one simple step, leaving skin clean with no greasy residue, so there's no need to rinse!
  • Dermatologist Tested
  • Oil-free
  • Allergy Tested
I am usually a little skeptic of face wipes (other then makeup removing ones), as I typically think the best way to clean your face is to physically wash it with cleanser & water, but these babies gave me a whole new view on face washing wipes.  Every morning & night, when I would typically wash my face (the old fashioned way), I swipe my face, neck, & hairline with a cleansing wipe, put on my face lotion, & go onto the rest of my routine.  I have been using these for around 6 weeks now, & my skin is clear & glowy.  I believe that the grapefruit (a natural AHA!) promotes skin brightness, & let me tell you it has been doing it's job.  In addition to my skin looking fabulous, these wipes have cut my beauty routine down significantly, which when school starts means more time to sleep (yay!).  So in conclusion, I would say go out & pick these up now!  Not only will they make your skin look amazing, but they will save you some time, & I mean who doesn't want more sleep?

Have you ever tried any facial cleansing wipes?  What are your thoughts on them?

UPDATE (Thanks to Brittany, brittanymichelle.blogspot.com!): You cannot use these on your eyes, as they have Salicylic Acid in them to fight zits.  I recommend taking off your makeup with one of Neutrogena's Makeup Removing Wipes, & then using these!

  1. These sound awesome! I'll definitely have to pick some up the next time I'm out of makeup remover wipes!

    1. Hey Brittany! You reminded me the one thing I forgot to mention is the label says you can't use them on your eyes (they have Salicylic Acid acid in them to fight zits), my mom tried to take her mascara off with them one night & thankfully I caught her before she really went at her eyes with it! I usually take my makeup off first with Neutrogena's Makeup Remover Cleansing Towelettes - Night Calming (http://www.neutrogena.com/product/makeup+remover+cleansing+towelettes+-+night+calming.do), and then use these in place of an actual cleanser.

Thank you so much for your comment!
