How to Spend $200 at Nordstrom

A few weeks back I did a post on How to Spend $25 at Ulta, it was quite popular so I thought it would be fun to do more posts like it.  My absolute favorite place to shop is Nordstrom and I have been shopping there for as long as I can remember.  I love Nordstrom for both basics and trendy pieces; I get all my tee shirts and long sleeve tees there because they have good quality pieces at a great price point.  For fall and winter they have an amazing selection of pieces to choose from, which is no surprise!  Today I am going to share with you how to spend $200 at Nordstrom right now.

I am totally and completely obsessed with ponchos for fall.  This poncho reminds me a lot of the monogram Burberry ponchos that were huge with celebrities last fall and the epitome of chic.  The colors in this scream fall and make it super easy to style.  Buy this piece now and you will be wearing it all fall and winter.

Like I said above I love Nordstrom for quality basics at an affordable price point.  I picked up this long sleeve tee in white and black a few weeks ago and really love them.  They're super soft, long enough to cover your butt when wearing with leggings, and are an adorable style.  If you're looking for long sleeve tees I highly recommend picking some of these up.

This dress is fun because it's simple, but gives you lots of room to accessorize.  It's perfect to wear all year round because you can do so many things with it, for fall and winter layer it with tights, boots, and a sweater or scarf.  You can also dress this up or down depending on where you're wearing it. This dress is so versatile and a must have for any wardrobe.

A nude ballet flat is a style staple because it goes with just about everything.  This pair reminds me of ballet slippers and are super feminine.  You can wear these all year round and with a price of only $26 they're a steal!

Suede button front skirts are huge right now and this one is too cute.  If it's still warm where you are (like it is in Pennsylvania) you can wear it without tights and then add tights as the temperatures start to drop (which is hopefully soon).  I also love how these skirts look when paired with booties and a scarf.  This is very on trend right now and because it's neutral color you'll get a lot of wear out of it.

Everyone knows felt floppy hats are everywhere this fall.  I've always been a hat girl so I am loving this trend.  I've been looking for a felt floppy hat I like and I think I'm going to pick this one up!  It comes in black, camel, and mauve, but the camel one (pictured above) is my favorite.

All of these pieces come to a total of $202.00, which means I went over a little bit, but I figured a $2.00 difference was ok.  So this means at Nordstrom with just $200 you can get a poncho, shirt, dress, shoes, skirt, and hat that will update your wardrobe and keep you on trend through fall and winter.
