There were so many chic celeb looks this week that I thought it would be fun to share my top 5 for Five on Friday. Without any further ado here are the winners...
In case you couldn't tell by yesterday's post I really love this look that Emma wore to the Hollywood Stand Up To Cancer Event in Culver City, CA. I love the simplicity of the skirt & the detailing on the sweater (which is by Kate Spade, who's stuff I always adore!). The metallic Casadei pumps & Rebecca Minkoff clutch complete the outfit & do a great job of helping the sweater's neckline to stand out. This is one of those great celebrity outfits that every girl can wear.
Petra puts her own spin on the little black dress at a party in Cologne, Germany. The supermodel knocks it out of the park with this sexy number, & by only showing off one asset (those gorgeous stems) she keeps it classy as well. She finishes everything off with metallic capped toe black pumps & a metallic clutch allowing them to play off one another. Next time you want to wear something classic with an unexpected twist I would look for a dress like this.
I'm not usually a big fan of orange, but Reese looks fabulous in this Roland Mouret creation at the Hollywood Stands Up to Cancer Event. Like Petra, Reese understands classy-sexy; she chooses to show off some serious cleavage & complement it with a longer hemline. The white side panelling is great because it not only adds a little something extra to the dress, but it also has a slimming effect (not that she needs it!). She pulls together the whole look with minimal accessories & on trend metallic pumps. (Also am I the only one who's Reese's haircut reminds them of her Sweet Home Alabama days?!)
Jessica looks gorgeous in Ralph Lauren at the Hollywood Stands Up To Cancer event. She takes a beautiful white dress that may have some thinking about summer, & makes it winter appropriate with black accessories & that very on trend lip color. My favorite part of the look though is Jessica's hair & makeup, they are perfection!
At first I wasn't sure if I liked Sarah's jumpsuit look that she wore on a visit to SiriusXM in New York City, but the more I thought about it the more I realized how chic it is. Jumpsuits are huge right now & Sarah's look is one to keep in mind if you are looking to purchase one. She keeps her accessories minimal & finishes the look with simple hair & makeup. I love the slight pop of lip color & her hair looks gorgeous (I need to try a similar look ASAP!).
So those are my five winners for the week. What do you think of the looks? Were there any other celebrity outfits you liked recently?
On another note, I can't decide which team I like for SuperBowl so I've decided to be neutral & just cheer for everyone that's allowed right?! To be completely honest I'm more of a halftime & commercial girl, oh & of course I'm all about the food. I'm going to a SuperBowl get together, which should be a lot of fun. I hope everyone has a great weekend & enjoys the game!! What are you doing for the big day?
When I saw this picture of Emma Roberts at the Stand Up To Cancer Event last night I fell in love with her outfit. It is simple, yet so chic. The detail at the neckline adds a nice touch to the cashmere sweater, & will look great with a pair of complementary earrings. I wanted to find similar pieces to recreate the look so that it was attainable for everyone. I even found the exact sweater that Emma was wearing, & it's on sale! This look would be great for a party, girls night, or date.
So I've tried the whole watch thing three times, once in about fifth grade (a tiny blue watch from a surf shop), once in middle school (a big tan & pink Roxy watch), & once in high school (a silver 'boyfriend' watch from the bp. section at Nordstrom). The first two watches I never wore, but the third one I loved & wore a bunch until I dropped & broke it a few weeks after I got it (#winning). For Christmas my Aunt & Uncle got me a gift card to Nordstrom & then they gave me money for my birthday, so naturally they are both burning a whole in my pocket; lately I've been seriously admiring the watches I see everyone wearing & have the desire to use my presents to buy a watch!
For the past few days I've been combing Nordstrom's website & came up with this list of watches that I love. As you can see I've been looking for ones under $200, & have been really loving rose gold. While I really like all of these I've narrowed my favorites down to the Vince Camuto one on the bottom left, & the Michael Kors in the middle. However, I think that I will just have to go to the store to try them on & pick my favorite!
What do you think of these picks? Which is your favorite? Also if you have any tips on picking a watch or a brand you like please share below!

The fashions at the Grammys are always unique; celebs can get away with more on the Grammys red carpet then on any other & always take full advantage of this. The 2014 Grammys which aired last night were no exception, & there were some big hits, a few misses, & several WTF looks. This year I favored the starlets who chose to go full on glam with gowns & one killer LBD.
Chrissy Teigen in Johanna Johnson.
I love this, she looks gorgeous & it is perfect for the Grammys.
Anna Faris in Fitriani.
This dress fits her so well & I love that it is navy!
Taylor Swift in Gucci Premiere.
This look doesn't really deviate from what we typically see her in, but when it works, it works.
Pink in Johanna Johnson.
I'm honestly very surprised at how much I love this, I'm not typically a big fan of Pink's fashion choices, but this dress was a great choice.
Louise Roe in Manning Cartell.
I love how sexy & sassy this LBD is, & those heels are great!
Miranda Lambert in Pamella Roland.
Miranda looks amazing in this, the fit, cut, & color are fabulous.
So what are your thoughts on the Grammys gowns? What has been your favorite award show of the season so far?
So I've never been out of the country before (thankfully I've made it to quite a few states, even as far as Hawaii!), I love traveling though & really want to explore the world. There are countless destinations I am dying to visit, but since it's Friday I figured I would share the 5 places I need to go!
It has been my dream to go here since forever. I literally want to explore every inch of this country. There is something about France that is just so glamorous & romantic, which makes it my #1 place I want to go.
I am Italian & love Italian food. I need to go here to explore & eat my heart out.
I want to go to England to see London & to get lost in the English country side. Also I love the Royal Family (specifically Kate Middleton) & would love to catch a glimpse in person!
Every time I see pictures of Switzerland it looks like quaint European winter village that would be amazing to visit.
One of my good friends studied abroad here & never wanted to leave, when she told me about her trip I knew I had to go someday.
I know I announced this before, but I'm going to Greece this summer, so it's officially moved from my 'Where I Want to Go List' to my 'Where I'm Going List'! Since I last discussed Greece I found out that one of my sorority sisters is going too, which I am so happy about because I will now have a buddy along with me. I seriously cannot wait until May & am just ecstatic to be going.
If you could travel anywhere in the world where would you go?
Bring on the Taylor Swift, today is my 22nd Birthday. The thing that makes 22 so special (aside from the Taylor Swift song) is that it is my 'Golden Birthday', 22 on January 22nd! I have lots of fun planned for the next few days & I cannot wait!
In honor of my birthday I thought it would be fun to share a ton of pictures from my whole life, from when I was a wee one to today! I've been hard at work on this & there's over 100 gems here, enjoy! (Also make sure to scroll all the way to the bottom for something exciting!)
Before I go off to celebrate I'm sharing the awesome giveaway that Areeba has put together, which gives you the chance to win free ad space, a gift card to Areeba's Designs, & a gift card to Starbucks! These are some awesome prizes that I know I would be happy to win! Good luck!
